At this time, we are no longer accepting new Clean Cars 4 All vehicle replacement applications, except for residents in designated AB 617 communities. 4. Title/Pink slip (salvage OK)
5. Electricity bill – most recent
6. First 2 pages of 2025 tax return (1040)
