At this time, we are no longer accepting new Clean Cars 4 All vehicle replacement applications, except for residents in designated AB 617 communities. We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming response and continued support from our community as we work together to improve air quality and expand access to clean transportation in the San Joaquin Valley.
