Community Benefits

The mission of the Valley CAN Community Benefits team is to assist residents improve health and quality of life by providing access to multiple incentive programs. We primarily focus on vehicle and utility incentives that aim to reduce air pollution, address climate issues, and reduce transportation costs, but also household incentives from state and regional agencies and utilities in the San Joaquin Valley.
